In 2009 José Andrés partnered with SBE Hotel Group, a division of SBE Entertainment Group (SBE), and legendary designer Philippe Starck to create SLS Hotels, a new luxury hotel brand. As culinary director for the SLS Hotel in Beverley Hills, Jose oversees the overall food program of the hotel as well as for The Bazaar by josé andrés and Tres.

In March 2012, Jose will open his second outpost of The Bazaar by josé andrés at the SLS Hotel South Beach.

In 2010, Chef José Andrés partnered with the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas to open Jaleo, his celebrated Spanish tapas bar and China Poblano, a new concept that brings together the thriving street food cultures of China and Mexico. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is situated at the heart of the Las Vegas strip and features The Marquee Nightclub and Day Club as well as a diverse line up of retail destinations.

In an exciting new partnership with Dorado Beach and the Ritz-Carlton, chef José Andrés will open a new concept at Dorado Beach Puerto Rico, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Slated to open in December 2012, Dorado Beach, will be the first Ritz-Carlton Reserve in the Americas and the second in the exclusive portfolio worldwide, joining Phulay Bay in Krabi, Southern Thailand.
