José Andrés has partnered with SBE Hotel Group, a division of SBE Entertainment Group (SBE), and legendary designer Philippe Starck to launch SLS Hotels, a new luxury hotel brand.

The first SLS Hotel is slated to open in Beverly Hills in summer of 2008.
