Located along the Mediterranean, this region is the home of calasparra rice, the rice that is so good at absorbing sauces and stocks. Its coast, also known as the Costa Cálida (or “hot coast”) also offers up amazing seafood and fish. We will be visiting this little known region in an episode later this year.
